Terms and Conditions for GPR Services
  1. Payment: Invoices must be paid either upon completion of work or within an agreed-upon period. A 5% daily late fee applies to overdue accounts.
  2. Diagnostic Limitations: GPR serves as a diagnostic guide. Users should also consult as-built drawings and other relevant information.
  3. Power Cable Detection: Detection of live power cables is possible only when current is actively being drawn through them.
  4. No Guarantee: This service doesn't guarantee identification of all subsurface anomalies.
  5. Factors Affecting Accuracy: Environmental and other obstacles may affect the accuracy of results. Our trained staff uses up-to-date equipment to provide the most accurate information possible, subject to these limitations.
  6. Interpretation of Data: The final depth profiles are interpretive and may differ from actual subsurface conditions. Our company is not liable for decisions made based on these interpretations.
  7. Disclaimer: The company assumes no responsibility for actions or decisions based on the presented results. These should not be the sole basis for any project-related decisions.
  8. Discrepancies: Contact us immediately if the actual subsurface conditions significantly differ from our interpreted results.

  9. By using our services, you agree to these terms and conditions.
